These representatives at Protection 1/ADT are horrible, unprofessional people not willing to help. They do a lot of fast talking, have you sign documents from a smartphone, and are unwilling to get you in touch with the local office. I will never recommend anyone to do business with them. They also make oral agreements and then change their minds. I will be contacting the BBB and Attorney General Office. I'm sure Brinks will surpass them and they will be cut out of Tucson, Arizona with service like this.
