We have been tring to cancel service sence January. I have called at least 7 times over the last 3 months to cancel the service. The system is experincing strange falts and ararms randely for the last 4 months and they want me to pay for a service call plus parts on top to the $45.00 a month. It just time to change to cheaper service.. But they keep billing and billing and billing. it's like ground hog day rides again. I do NOT recomend useing ADT or Protection one because you can't get them to sop billing.
I have been a Protection One custormer for 21 years. Over the last 2 years I have had more problems with their service than the previous 18. A year ago at 2:30am I awoke to my house alarm blaring. I got up and turned it off and waitied for a call from Protection One to make sure all was OK. I didn't get a call until 15-20 minutes later. Thank goodness a burglar wasn't in the house.
