Terrible customer service and a bunch of liars. Equipments works great, but they wont let you cancel your services and feed you a bunch of lies.
Came to my home saying that they were my alarm company and they would turn off my alarm if I didn't change my system. This is a complete lie. I told him I didn't want anything from him and he walked away saying "we'll shut it off". I called my actual alarm company and they did not know of protection 1 and they will not "shut it off". Do not trust these people.
This company is full of false advertising. They claim to be 2nd largest alarm company, yet no one has heard of them. Claim cheaper than ADT, better equipment, all false. If you are looking to buy from them or work here, look elsewhere
