My grandma can walk faster than they answer the phone. Took over 30 min to get them to answer the phone.
If you like a company that tells you exactly what you want to hear. This is the company for you. We have had at least three cancellations on their part within a 30 minute window of them being there. This company is a joke! Have a tech on location , could not get the system to work for lack of communication between techs at monitoring and my office. The supervisor pulls the tech from my location to send him to another location and leaving me hanging with NO protection at all. Great way to do business guys. This customer is gone. There are way to many of you guys out there to have to go through this.
BUYER BEWARE! COMPANY DOES NOT HONOR SET TECHNICIAN APPOINTMENTS AND CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO WAIT FOR A 5-HOUR WINDOW FROM NOON-5 ON A WEEKDAY, REPEATEDLY, UNTIL THEY FEEL LIKE SHOWING UP. I set up a repair appointment and they did not show and now say they cannot get to me for a week. On October 3 we experienced a power surge and loss of power. Protection 1 is a company who I have referred in the past and will continue to refer. They're always right on the ball with contacting customers and gives them a no nonsense idea of what they need. The service does not stop at the sale, and I also truly feel that the techs are a veritable part of the community due to their efforts to educate parents and children about safety. I give the company 5 stars!
