Great Service Wonderful service. From Sales to Monitoring system. Our sales person is outstanding. He follows up with us from time to time to make sure our system is still filling our needs. Great company and product.
Great Rep - Good Service A friendly and honest (something you don't always find in a door to door sales rep) arrived at our doorstep and gave us an amazing system WITHIN our budget. He was helpful and straightforward with the answers to our questions and working within budget. Our installer was clean and efficient. He even checked back with us when we had a glitch in the system and helped us schedule a tech.
Very Understanding and Patient I had a situation where my alarms were going off when I was out for the holiday. The technicians were so nice and patient with me and understood my concern about the situation. Words can not express how thankful I was for their professionalism and caring in helping me make decisions when I was so far from home.
Our Tech is Why We'll Never Change Companies Our technician has been with us for many years. In fact, if not for him, we might have changed companies, but we didn't want to lose him. Also, as a whole, we have been very satisfied with Protection 1.
