Too pricey..owned by ADT..Beware, if you cancel. You have to put your cancellation in writing, not by calling alone!!! A representative contacted us and tried to convince us to take a temporary discount in lieu of cancellation. When we turned it down, they said they never received our written cancellation and kept charging us. We had to go to great lengths to prove that we had indeed sent a written cancellation. I have been with your company 23 years. I have ALWAYS had a service contract. I switched doors and started calling for a technician to set up the sensors. Took 2 weeks to get an appt, 8- noon. No show, no call (although I called 2xs), took off work and when I finally called to cancel the appt at 12:30 and went to work, I received an email the service guy came. NO WAY. Was on hold for more than 30 minutes and no one picked up the line.
If I could give 0 stars, that would be more accurate. They have continued to try to bill my parents for two months after they cut off service at the end of July. We finally had to institute a stop payment with their bank. WORST customer experience ever. They say they're responsible for paying out the rest of the contract but there's no contract. SimpliSafe is FAR SUPERIOR. What a racket.
ADT owes me money.
