I used to really trust this company with fair pricing and keeping me up to date.But they sold out their company to adt.And unfortunately, the quality has fell significantly that I can no longer trust them. You certainly shouldn't have to call multiple times to cancel your service and then continue to harass you to get you better deals and plans. If this company reads this, if someone calls canceling their account, you should comply, not keep them on the phone for over an hour. Trying to give them special deals.
The only company I trust to not increase their prices every year
We’ve been with this company for a long time and never had any problems until the last year. Four different times we had scheduled appointments for a service contractor to come out. They were a no-show each time. We are ready to change companies after seven years. Worst service ever. What happened? You guys used to be so good.
Utter and absolute fraudulence, dishonesty, disrespect, and unreliability in getting submitted to a temp job here - not only through the temp agency, Abacus, but ALSO from the ADT side, themselves! Very dishonest and untrustworthy, from every aspect! Absolute worst customer service. This is one of the most dishonest companies that has ever existed. I can't wait until my contract ends. They say if I don't call on the exact date, my contract will automatically renew. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
