Great place for Security
NEVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY!! Company came in and lied said they were with the company that my parents already had and were upgrading them and put their system in and stuck them with another contract. Now they refuse to buy out the contract with the other company. These people prey on the elderly and take advantage of them. YOU ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good luck getting customer service. Very, very poor.
Poor customer experience. I called to complain for the 4th time that our doorbell camera wasn’t working and when I mentioned I was considering canceling they said we either need to pay out the contract in full, or pay a $25 service charge on top of the monthly bill to fix the equipment that wasn’t working. They have a ‘90 day warranty’ (our equipment less than 100 days old). I received the bill in the mail today.
