Protection 1 also known as ADT is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. I first got an alarm system in my home in Corpus Christi. I had this system for 2 years. I moved to El Paso and transferred my service to my new home. After setting up service here and charging to put in the equipment, I was charged a fee, which is understandable. Worse than pathetic and horrible. They will send you a bill, but no alarm service. They came out to service my alarm. The technician said he got the wrong 'information box'. He left and they haven't returned for 3 weeks. Calling today to cancel.
