This has been by far the worst company to deal with. You sign up for a 3 year contract, you have to give written cancellation 30 days in advance. All of this was done 3 mths in advance and I have been dealing with them for over 4 mths, they keep billing me, calling my office, that I owe them for services never installed at my new office, I have sent numerous emails, spent hours on the phone, mailed in cancellation request (with all their required info on it), talked with retention specialist, bill collecting, service, manage... read more
