These people are the worst. After years of terrible service, bad repair technicians, rude phone operators, and now incorrectly sticking us with extra charges, we will be cancelling our service at the upcoming completion of our five year contract. The manager, Michael Richardson, will not answer the phone or call back to discuss it. He just says the additional billing stands because his technician says we had a lightening strike at our facility, which we never had. I called in for a service call due to some erroneous alert from our keypad. The customer service rep provided excellent service. He was very courteous and very professional. He paid particular attention to our issues and concerns and made sure they were all addressed. Being in customer service oriented environment myself, I am really glad to have selected Protection 1.
