Horrible service. They charge an arm and leg for upgrades and warranties but never want to come out for a repair or replacement. They expect you to troubleshoot problems on your own or via video chat with a technician. Completely absurd to expect me to perform the services I pay them for. They replaced 2 of my cameras that weren't working last year and I just had a service call today and was told that I have bits and pieces of Protection One & ADT equipment that is causing my probpems. Horrible experience!!! I called 2 times back to back only to be on hold for over 30 min before speaking to anyone, then they kept connecting me to different reps making me have to explain my situation over & over, then I was disconnected. THIS HAPPENED ON BOTH CALLS! I ended up solving the problem myself by visiting YouTube
