Absolutely atrocious customer service. Worse than Comcast, and that’s really the bottom of the barrel.
Had them for 5 1/2 years cuz I got stuck in a contract for $60 a month. Was going to leave 6 months ago, they gave me a "deal" for 20.99 per mo. I said fine. Month later, still 60, called to complain, they said they would honor the deal, next month, same sh! T. This went on until today. Had to cancel service. Camera never recorded anything either so don't waste ur time w that upgrade. Way better services out there for way less $. Do your research.
