Absolutely the WORST customer service EVER!! Kept charging monthly even though I had canceled a few months ago over phone. When I called to complain, girl on phone actually raised her voice as though scolding me and said that I was “talking over her”. Are you kidding me??? She said my account was still open because I never sent the cancellation email that I was supposed to send. What???? The guy I cancelled with over the phone NEVER mentioned that I needed to send a cancellation email!! How could I possibly know that. This i... read more

worst company don't even get service with them. walk away from this
So far, very pleased. Rates seem typical, but competitive enough. Customer Service was great! He answered all my questions and explained everything very clearly and added details in areas I should have asked about. I appreciate that most of all.
