Had a 9 am appointment this morning, 9/4 for identogo at this location. Myself and another person showed up for an appointment at the same time only to find their office closed until the following Tuesday. Maybe you should have disabled appointments for today if you weren't going to be open, or at the least called to cancel. Now I can't get another appointment anywhere for same day and has left me in a really bad spot. Not happy at all.
