Every chance they get to take a short cut and save a few bucks they’ll take it. Including but not limited to: not paying their employees on time or at all in some cases, having non approved equipment in service in the field, and they turn away qualified applicants based on race or ethnicity. Try to rope you into contracts even if you don't want to and then hound you to collect money you don't owe. Inherited them from a previous homeowner at purchase, then prepaid a year to give them a chance. Prior to renewal, informed them that I would not be renewing, and all of the sudden they were calling and hounding me to pay money on a new contract that I did not renew. Had a minor issue during back to school during the pandemic when our bandwidth exploded. Even though though it was years since the install and they did everything right, they were patient and responsive and helped me solve the problem. All systems go.
Love the fact that I can control everything from my phone. And was pleasantly surprised that you guys offered the cheapest price I could find. Double bonus!
