ADT is fast to take your money, AND TERRIBLE for any warranty work. Three times they have canceled our appointment and they can only Apologize. We failed our final inspection due to their installations of CO detectors placed in wrong areas. No common sense. You wouwould figure they would run and take care of the issue.... but noooo. Would not recommend!

Our whole block has security systems, either ADT or vivent. We have ADT. Two people walked along our street and broke into cars parked in our driveways in the middle of the night. We only get a 30 second video of the two suspects breaking in, we have no idea what they took or how long they went through our vehicles because ADT only saves roughly 30 sec. clips. Adt is very horrible. I’ve been without a system for three weeks every time these guys come out they half ass fixed the panel and then cut off when they leave every time they schedule appointment is a week later so anyone can come and break in your house and that will be fine with them, I really can’t wait till my contract is up so that I can go with. I am very disappointed in Adt these last couple years with them has been very horrible so if you’re looking for security system, please do not recommend Adt to no one.

They told me I wouldn't be charged for new equipment when I moved then charged me! I told them about it, and they some how blamed it on me. I spent about 5-6 hours on the phone on hold just for several people to hang up on me. A manager was supposed to call me back in a week or two, but it has been two months now. No answer.
