Daniel was so amazing! He was so knowledgeable and patient with me. He made sure I understand the process and equipment. He was helpful and made the experience one I would highly recommend.

Not only did the price increase by over $1200 for the installation of the system, once you're signed up you become no more than a deposit to ADT. ADT has horrible customer service. I've been trying to reach them for 3 hours today and finally was in touch with a human, who them put me on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up. They've not held up their part of the package purchased. I'll be canceling this service ASAP.
