The only person in America that provides worse customer service than ADT is the United States Government. I have been hung up on numerous times by ADT when trying to inquire about service. ADT also has cancelled a service appointment for me after they no-showed with no prior warning. ADT has never apologized to me for its mistreatment of me as a customer.
