Terrible customer service. We have motion sensors that are not triggering when armed for away. And they said it's because it knows I'm in the house and the motion wont work when I'm in the house... Wow. And I have to wait a week for a tech to come out. Terrible.
Worst service ever... buckle up. Tons of false alarms
Scam. Equipment is broken or non functional. Had their technician no show for several appointments to fix the issue. Have spent 100 + hours calling and trying to get my system fixed. Sheila and Roselynn account managers were extremely unprofessional, rude, and tried to charge me 4 thousand plus for their non functional equipment. When I asked to speak to anyone else who actually wanted to help a paying customer resolve the issues i was told that they were the manager, no one else could help, and thats the way it is.
