Terrible customer service. We have motion sensors that are not triggering when armed for away. And they said it's because it knows I'm in the house and the motion wont work when I'm in the house... Wow. And I have to wait a week for a tech to come out. Terrible.
Worst service ever... buckle up. Tons of false alarms
Scam. Equipment is broken or non functional. Had their technician no show for several appointments to fix the issue. Have spent 100 + hours calling and trying to get my system fixed. Sheila and Roselynn account managers were extremely unprofessional, rude, and tried to charge me 4 thousand plus for their non functional equipment. ADT is BAD!!! Do not use them. RUN!!!
My father had an ADT account. He died on Oct. 4, I cancelled service on Oct. 7, 2024. We still received monthly bills. Called again on March 3 and April 18, 2025. Today, May 1, 2025, I had firemen at my door looking for my sister (who doesn’t live here) because the ADT medical alert went off (we never had medical alert service).
