Not sure what ADT location dispatches the service tech, but considering the quality of reviews, it likely does not matter. Don't quite know what has happened to ADT. They use to be a great company with excellent customer service. However, with my most recent equipment issue, I scheduled an appointment for a 4 hour time slot only for the tech to show-up 3 hours late with little in the way of updates. This date, 19 April at approximately 4:45 PM. I discovered that my blue kitchen knife, 10-12 inches long is missing. The blue, light sky Blue sheath was not taken. I don’t see the knife anywhere. There was a repair man from ADT in my home yesterday. This seems very odd.
They did a partial install and abandoned us without ever completing the installation. Will not respond to phone calls. ADT has no control over these trash techs.
Nothing but issues for 9 months , multiple home visits , nothing resolved , promises and promises , nothing fixed , charged now for 5 months for 2 locations , do to moving , promised to get refunded still have not done that yet
ADT is terrible! The actual systems are great and the responsiveness is excellent when the alarm is going off. HOWEVER, their customer service is absolutely awful. I called May 28th to have my services at one property cancelled and moved to another property. Now we’re almost at the end of July and not only is my account still active at my old property (which I no longer own) but there’s nothing in the system for my new address apparently.
