I signed up for ADT roughly five or six years ago at about $80 a month. After three years, I wasn’t satisfied, terrible service, connection issues, and tried to cancel. They offered me a renewal at a lower service fee and promised two free cameras. When I finally canceled after more time of issues after issues, those “free” cameras cost me $750. These idiots never answer , they purposely ignore calls so you cannot cancel your membership be careful .
I tried to have someone come out for a quote. Scheduling sent an installer with a pre built plan that included a bunch of expensive things they didn't ask me about, and the installer is unable to remove. I was anticipating $43/month and the installer quoted $90/month. My only solution is to reschedule and miss yet more work. Very disrespectful of customers' time
