These idiots never answer , they purposely ignore calls so you cannot cancel your membership be careful .
I tried to have someone come out for a quote. Scheduling sent an installer with a pre built plan that included a bunch of expensive things they didn't ask me about, and the installer is unable to remove. I was anticipating $43/month and the installer quoted $90/month. My only solution is to reschedule and miss yet more work. Very disrespectful of customers' time

Stay away from this shady dishonest fraudulent company. I bought a house. This house came with a security system. Tied into the security system is a video door bell, smart locks, sensors, and cameras. They are all accessed through a centralized panel. I cannot use any of it without a code. The sellers of this home used ADT. When they cancelled their service with ADT, the ADT rep told them to not give us, the new home owners, this code.
