ADT Security is a horrible and disreputable company who takes advantage of older Americans. ADT signed up my 90 year old widowed mother to a 5 year contract. They charged a ridiculous amount of money to install the security system and it is too complicated for my mother to use since she doesn’t have a smartphone. When we asked ADT to release her from her contract, they refused

ADT customer service is the worst. I spent two days faxing to them there fax must be off. I payed in February they say I didn't to emailed paper work from bank they still will not accept. I've had ADT for many years never had a problem in the last 5 months 2 headache's. Looking for new security company

Manny was my technician and he had a lot of knowledge about the installation and he provided different options to setup my home security. Manny was great. One set back I had was that I never received a call to confirm my appointment time, I had to call to confirm.

First, let me tell you about the installer. What a Great person and gentleman he was. On the plus side he really knew his business, right down to cleaning up ever bit of trash that was his. - Thank You - ADT from top to bottom, you are the BEST! Many Thankx!
