ADT continued to charge us after we let them know the security system was down and broken. The tech visit, which was supposed to be free, was also charged for, and they are now refusing a refund. Horrible customer service and business practice of charging for services not rendered. Do not recommend.
I would give ADT zero stars if I could. I am a single mother of three and called ADT for a simple, basic security setup — door sensors and a camera. Nothing excessive. ADT Security is a horrible and disreputable company who takes advantage of older Americans. ADT signed up my 90 year old widowed mother to a 5 year contract. They charged a ridiculous amount of money to install the security system and it is too complicated for my mother to use since she doesn’t have a smartphone. When we asked ADT to release her from her contract, they refused
ADT customer service is the worst. I spent two days faxing to them there fax must be off. I payed in February they say I didn't to emailed paper work from bank they still will not accept. I've had ADT for many years never had a problem in the last 5 months 2 headache's. Looking for new security company
Manny was my technician and he had a lot of knowledge about the installation and he provided different options to setup my home security. Manny was great. One set back I had was that I never received a call to confirm my appointment time, I had to call to confirm.
