It is a very bad company in customer service and other than that it wants to defraud customers from contracting with this company.
The cameras and product seem like they can make one who owns the products feel secure at all times especially when away from home. However, my experience with the technician, installation and billing have been an absolute nightmare. My technician Manny seems to be messing up a lot of projects as he would have to come back to my home for a third time to fix the same wiring issue on my doorbell camera that should not have ever been an issue to begin with. I would give zero stars if I could. I wanted to cancel our service. I was forced to call as this could not be done online. I was placed on hold for approximately 45 minutes. When I finally spoke with a rep I was told that even though ADT cannot get our system to work properly (we cannot trust that when we leave the house and activate the system, that it won't go off when there is no break-in happening). We recently received Poor service by different ADT personnel. Of course this made us very disappointed. I trusted the ADT personnel to perform an excellent service. But not this time. This has resulted on us wanting and requesting to cancel our service with ADT immediately. Fernando Santiago sales man promised us to have the best service and even he failed to follow up.
