Our panel was installed incorrectly but we had to pay another $63 trip for someone to come and reinstall it correctly. We've used this company for over 15 years and have had issues here and there but this tops the cake!

This is the worst company to deal with ever! The sales men will harass you to no end and when you tell them no they act like children. They lock you into a long contract and then install a terrible system in your home. When you tell them it’s not working you get nothing but excuses. This is why they lock you into the contract because you don’t matter once you’ve signed. Do yourself a favor and go with any other security company out there! Don’t waste your money with adt!
We moved in to our new house in April and it had existing ADT equipment. We contacted ADT and they said the existing equipment could be monitored and they could set up service for ~$500 to monitor all windows, doors and 3 cameras. The tech arrived and modified the agreement for some items we didn't need and "set up" the system. He said we were good on the windows and doors but he would have to come back in 7-10 days because the cameras had to be released from the previous owners account before he could set them up.
