I purchase a system and was very disappointed with its performance. There were times when I would get 100 carbon dioxide or fire alarms in one evening. The worst part is that I moved out-of-state to live with my niece and she has her own alarm system. I was told that I had signed a 36 month lease and I would have to pay until the end of the lease which was $42 plus per month. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Misrepresent the ADT brand, and lie to get your business. Do not deal with them. Contact ADT directly.

We were called and given a deal that was all of a sudden very different when the installer got there. They made offered gift cards as concessions (did not equal what was offered over the phone). When I got the gift cards. I could not believe they actually make you get a bank check for a $4.95 S&H. How annoying, who goes to the bank anymore. Just plain annoying. Why can't things be quoted correctly. Why the hardship to get the money owed to me. Seems like bad business to start a business relationship with annoyed customers.
