Called for an estimate for a metal roof replace on a small block building. Nathan (the owner) came out and attempted to write out an estimate with a felt pen that didn't work well. He told me if I wanted him to do the job, he would write up a formal contract. I called a couple of days later and told him I wanted him to do the reroofing. He said he would get back to me but did not. I called three more times over a period of a month; each time he promised he would call back with a time to come back out and assess the roof. Nathan Flores of Protect Roofing was able to schedule our tile roof repairs quickly. He was able to come out in two days during the first heavy rain event this year. Other companies took as much as 3 days to even return our call! Nathan removed enough tiles to follow the leak, took pictures before, during and after he had completed his repair to show us what he found and what he had done to fix it.
