This is the worst place I have ever loaded at in my life. I've been coming here for the last year with new management. The loads are never never ready on time. I had a 9:00 appointment. Here it is 10:30. My product is still not ready. I'm picking up for Menards. I don't think I'll ever come back

Again!! I waited 4 hrs to get loaded because of production did not have my load ready which should have have been ready the day before!!!!! Someone please check into the production team!!!!!!!

Arrived an hour before my appointment time they loaded me early. The office is inside the door. You’re back into on the left-hand side. I was given dock five, which is straight back very easy. They asked that you turn off your truck while being live loaded, and you cannot be in the truck while being loadedoffice lady was nice. Showed picture of five and the office. We’re supposed to pull into the lot across from the shipping sign and then back across the street and through the alleyway to the big door.

Load was scheduled for next day. Loaded me the day I arrived. Early. People were nice and professional.
