We had an issue with a computer inexplicably losing all of its folder. Took it to Best Buy and they did not know what to do. Took it to this guy and figured it out and showed us how to retrieve the folders. He was extremely helpful.
Repairs all devices, I brought my dead Xbox in and they repaired it in 1hour at 1/3 their competitors rates. I will bring all my devices here from now on.
