Appalling customer service and total rip-off. I booked an appointment, but the owner wasn't there. I was kept waiting outside for 45 minutes, while his relative repeatedly lied over the phone saying he’d arrive 'in 5 minutes. Another customer waiting beside me had the exact same experience.When it came to pricing, he refused to even name the specific brand or model, yet blindly quoted an outrageous $1200 + GST for the unit, plus $450 + GST just for installation labor.
