After 5 years of providing service to our retail locations they abandoned us with a refusal to service their own equipment and system. Simply stunned by the arrogant and reckless attitude towards a client.
Really try to support local businesses, as I'm a local business owner myself, but you end up paying a premium with ProTech for substandard service.
Beware of this company They ripped us off completely having faulty equipment in our house for our entire contract with them. The service was terrible and the billing was outrageous. My advice is to stay away from them.
