On behalf of the Iron River Bible Church, here in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, I placed a phone call to Protech Projection Systems for technical advise and guidance on replacing our 6500 lumen LCD projector, as the bulb was dim and fading very fast. Protech did an excellent job replacing my Sharp Aquos 4W-B55FT5U. The original arrived broken due to mishandling, likely by the shipping company, who ignored their responsibility. Protech replaced it free of charge.
