I needed some plenum rated HDMI cables for an important project on a very quick turnaround. It had been very hard to find them at the length we needed anywhere that would come in time. Rod at Protech was incredibly helpful and had 98' inch cables delivered to our site in under 2 days! He was great to deal with and made the whole process easy for me. The cables arrived a day before I expected them and two days before we started work. Thank you so much!
We bought a new Refrigerator. Of course since Frigidaire makes them cheap, the ice maker died in 6 months. I called the mnfg warranty and they sent me to Protech. This company is AMAZING. They are very prompt, communicate perfectly and worked with us. Their Tech, Nayt was knowledgeable, courteous and just awesome! If we ever need a repair and Protech does it, I will use them and I hope Nayt is our tech

I was in somewhat of a bind, needing new projectors for my church auditorium in a relatively short amount of time. I ordered a set of epson l730u, which unfortunately were out of stock at that time. I received a call from a gentleman at Protech early the next morning letting me know. He advised me that the options for my situation were to either (a) wait a week or so for the white framed model to return to stock, or (b) switch to the black framed option and get it immediately. Order experience was exceptable but have not installed yet. Projected it on the wall to test. So far so good.
