Best money I ever spent. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. He was patient to talk me through all of the questions I had on a pre buy procedure. He wasn’t afraid to give me his opinion which is valuable to me. His experience of 40 years is mind boggling. I could just talk to him as a person too. He is cool.

I work on my own cars, but when I don’t have the time, tools, or expertise, I call Protech. Gerron makes quick work of any problem, anywhere. He is incredibly professional and saves me time and money. His business is integrated with Carfax so records are automatic. He does such a great job, I’ve entrusted him to be the primary mechanic on my kids’ car. If you are on the fence, don’t be.
I recently had my car serviced and initially had a frustrating experience where the issue wasn't correctly diagnosed. After being charged twice for on-site diagnostics ($125 each) and $175 to replace a fuel pump (which was not the real issue), I discovered the real problem was impurities in the gas tank. Though the fuel pump installation didn’t resolve the issue, and it caused additional costs, the mechanic eventually refunded one of the diagnostic fees ($125).
