Set 2 different appointments for 2 different cars. They came out late for the 1st appointment for Toyota diagnostic. Didn't even finish the job. The tech told me he will return the next day to finish. No call never showed. 2nd appointment i booked for Nissian and they simply showed up. Late. No communication. I tried calling to check status and all my calls were forwarded. Highly disappointed and wont recommend.
I really appreciate the work these mechanics did for me. They kept me in the loop and talked to me not like a dumb woman but as someone who understood what they were saying. And when it would have been more beneficial for them to tell me one thing that they could profit from, they went the extra mile and found out the real issue with my car. And it was an issue they don’t do repairs for. Their honesty was truly refreshing and appreciated.
Ford Edge Car starting problem. Thank You guys I really appreciate your efforts to find the issue and after replacing the Car key now it is working.
I thought I needed a starter and after accepting the diagnostic service found that I only needed a battery. The gentleman were very professional, honest, picked up my new battery and installed it for me without me having to leave my home. If I am ever in need I would use them again.
