Worst place ever
My 1st experience with this business was ok, although the mechanic didn’t seem very confident in his work. I tried to hire them a 2nd time and requested twice to send me an estimate for some car repairs and they never got back to me. They didn’t seem very interested in providing services for me, so I have to find someone else. Very disappointing.
I have to give ProTech 5 stars. The service was extraordinary. I requested for service and got an appointment the very next day. Marcus was my technician. I had forgot to mention that I needed an additional part for the repairs to be made to my car. Marcus didn't seem upset at all. It was almost 6pm. Marcus kindly drove almost 20 minutes away in traffic to get the part and still came back to work on my vehicle in the same day. He did an phenomenal job on my vehicle. Called to inquire about service….as soon as I gave them my car make, model, and my name they hung up and didn’t call back or answer when I called. Thank God for hanging up in my face cuz you don’t want to make money.
