I have used protech a handful of times. This particular time a younger gentleman is who spoke with about quote on some spare keys. The last few times it was an older gentleman named Ted who I delt with.The guy that answered was very rude no customer service skills. The only reason im leaving 3 stars is the fact that the other two techs are beyond friendly ,patient, and you feel heard and understood. Ted and Johannah are excellent to deal with!!!!!!!!!!!
The service was great! They saved me from a huge headache with Toyota and gave me valuable knowledge as well. All for a great price! I would highly recommend this company if you need a key. Super friendly!

Needed locks changed immediately for my business. A very professional guy came out in 30 minutes and changed locks for 3 doors and made 6 keys within a hour! Highly recommend for fast, prompt service.
You saved me when my friend brought my keys with him from Breck to Denver and I had no way to get my car home, then, graciously reprogrammed my original key fob back in Denver at a time of my convenience. Excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly, 10/10 would recommend!
