I have used them in the past with no problems until now. Repairs were made recently. Soon after they left the system went down with an error code that shut down the system. They cam back out and reset the code but did not diagnose the cause. Soon after this visit the system went down again with same error code. Pipes froze and burst damaging wood floors, and now a new arrow code with the other one. The tech Lied about the system working when he arrived and said no error code was displayed. A/C was down, was able to schedule a technician for the next morning. Replaced a capacitor for the unit, cleaned it up, and got it situated in under an hour. Would call them again.
The best of all HVAC companies in the Galana area. Used other companies in the past and rotten service. Bucky and his crew are the best of the best. Don't waste your time with other companies
I contacted ProTech because my furnace stopped functioning during very cold weather. I had frozen pipes and ice in the toilets. They came out very quickly and got my system going in very little time. I was able to avoid any broken pipes or other major issues. They were very knowledgeable and I would recommend them to anyone in Galena for any plumbing need. I plan to sign up with them for regular inspections and cleanings of my HVAC systems.
I have used ProTech twice for AC service. Both times Bucky came to my house very quickly. He and his crew are very knowledgeable and explain things in very simple terms. I originally used this company because they were recommended by several people, but I will continue to use them because of my own experience.
