Ralph has taken care of our AC and heating for 15 years, including installing a furnace and an AC unit. He is honest, friendly and very competent. Highly recommended.
Ralph is a great, honest guy!!! I was having problems with my furnace and called around 4:30, left a message explaining what was happening. I thought I would have to buy a new furnace, it is almost 30 years old.... :( Next morning, Ralph came over and replaced the blower motor. Furnace works fine now. Five years ago, different problem with unit, same result: Ralph came over and fixed everything :) He didn't come over to sell me a furnace, he came to fix it. After being told by another company we required a new air conditioner at a rental home due to an ice up in the evaporator caused by a coolant leak, I called Protech and spoke to Ralph. He suggested it could be other issues than a coolant leak, turns out he was right! A dirty filter which was changed by other company had frozen the evaporator so badly that the tenant hadn't left the system off long enough for it to thaw and it kept re-freezing.
