Our garage door malfunctioned and we were unable to open it. I made a call first thing in the morning and was informed that a repair specialist would arrive between midday and early afternoon. Sure enough, by a little after noon, I received a call from the repair specialist, letting me know he was en route and would arrive in about ten minutes.
