Great experience and wonderful staff!
I am very happy with my new fence. They have been responsive to all of my calls and requests. There is one small section of my neighbor's fence that was affected when my old fence was removed. (Not removed by Protech.) They initially did not repair this, but have set this up to be repaired as well. Even with challenges they have been great!

The end product is as advertised. It meets the specs that we agreed upon. The issue I had were due to communication. The workers hit a sprinkler line and did not disclose that the line was damaged until the next day. The workers on site also did not know the full scope of work that was to be done. Lastly there were parts that were on back order and we had to initiate the contact to find out when they planned on finishing the project. They do good work but lack in the communication I expected from such a popular company.
