Absolutely horrible. After an extremely unfortunate accident, in my brand new 2017 vehicle a mere 2 weeks after driving it off the lot Protech was where the dealership sent me as they are certified to work on my particular make and model. It took them 40 days to complete the repairs to the front bumpe of my car. Protech took such excellent care of my car and took care of everything including dealing insurance adjustor, all I had to do is drop off my car and pick it up. AJ and the Owner were so polite and attentive to all my concerns and kept me well informed with the status. I am very happy to give them 5 stars

Worst do not go you will have engine issues and everything will break down and they lie to clients and cups stores and even lost bad reviews if they do t like the customer save yourself the ordeal and go to a dealership

BY FAR THE WORST SHOP EVER. STAFFING IS VERY RUDE, THEY HAVE AN ATTITUDE OF " I DONT CARE ITS NOT MY PROBLEM" IVE NEVER BEEN HUMILIATED AND PUT DOWN BY SO MANY PEOPLE. THE MANAGER NOT SURE HER NAME , SHE IS WEARING GLASSES BY FAR THE MOST RUDEST MEAN LADY IVE EVER MET. 10 years ago Protech was a good place to get your vehicle repaired. Currently, the staff have a "I don't care attitude" since its not their cars. They are nice to you when you drop your vehicle off, but once they get paid they will ignore you if you have any issues with your vehicle. The current staff sucks. Do not take your cars to Protech. I made the mistake of taking it there. All the positive comments you read are probably from Protech staff.

Ive been reading these ridiculous reviews and I must say, people its not Protech that has fault in the waiting time. ITS YOUR CRAPPY INSURANCE, who gives them a long wait on the claims, etc. etc. Protech Collision has great service, My whole family, and friends have always gone there, and the paint & repair jobs are always Beyond my expectations. They do an awesome job. I love the after paint part, when they buff my cars. It adds the cherry on top to the job. I must say those guys do a very awesome job. I will ALWAYS recomme... read more

I was recently in a wreck and my insurance told me to take it there. I didnt receive my car untill two months later. The manager kept on giving me the run around and kept telling me he ordered the wrong parts. I finally got my car back and wasnt very happy with the results. I later found out that a relative took it to them also and had the same problem with them. They didn't fix her car correctly either. So i seriously wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
