We had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with ProTech Services. We booked them for a move-out cleaning, and just the night before the scheduled appointment, they called to say they needed to reschedule without providing a new date or time. The next morning, we repeatedly tried to contact them for clarification, but received no response. Best carpet cleaning experience we have had. They were 10 stars out of 5. They were human and respectful and just amazing! They both worked amazing and ill never go anywhere else. Thos two wonderful people have a regular now.
As a google contributor I was disappointed to hear from my sister about this company. You may not know me but I NEED TO ADDRESS this on behalf of your unprofessionalism and for any customers following forward who take interest in booking you Punctuality isn’t in your vocabulary because it clear to me you CANNOT BE punctual and ON TIME.
