When we pulled in to our campsite in Beaufort we found that the left rear tire on our 5th wheel had fallen off somewhere along the way. The lug bolts had sheared off somewhere we couldn’t safely take it to a service shop and the mobile rv repair services we talked to didn’t do chassis work. Andrew at Protech Autoworks did. He was able to get the parts we needed and even matched our wheel and tire. He was out in just a few days and took care of it in a timely and professional manner. Andrew was awesome and quickly diagnosed the problem and got me and my family on our way. I would give him more stars if I could.
Andrew was a great help and very profesional! We were having trouble installing our serpentine belt and he came out and helped us identify the issue and fix it. Found out it was the belt tensioner and he was on the job to help us find one despite it being Memorial Day weekend. 100% would recommend and we will be using his services again!
