Went for an inspection and they told me it would cost 2,000 to pass because of “repairs”. Went somewhere else and passed no issues. Waste of time
These guys were awesome. I needed some fine tuning on my car after I changed the rack and they were able to get me in. They busted their asses to get my car back on the road for me. They communicated with me and did not keep me in the dark about anything. I would highly recommend this garage when you need your car fixed. I appreciate the help that they provided me
We have been using Protech in Bellevue for 12 years. We trust them to be honest about what work needs to be done and find us a fair price. It is not always a bargain basement price, but is fair. We have had dealerships tell us we "needed" repairs that Protech found we did not need, and have had several annual inspections with no issues found, which to us indicates honesty.
Got my car back to me in 1 1/2 days, it needed to be inspected and it had quite a few problems. They are only right down the street from my house so it was super convenient, because my car is the only one my family has, so I just walked over. They touched base with me early in the morning to keep me informed of pricing, and when they expected to be finished. Customer service was on point, and my car is running perfectly fine now. I will recommend their services to my customers, and friends anytime.
