Replaced tires on short notice after a flat on the weekend.
They were really prompt about giving me a quote, then they picked up my vehicle the next day and did a great job
Not very trust worthy for inspections. They will 'find' a million things 'wrong'. Told me i needed new tires again to pass inspection when they just did the same thing last year. Not a hometown mechanic to trust to inspect your vehicle. Well be going back to Russ Auto care as i only came to protech the last 2 years because I was in a hurry and russ was booked up. Guess theres a reason russ is always full and you can get into protech whenever.
They are always pleasant and friendly. They communicate well as to the problem and what solutions are available. The work is done very well and promptly.
Great customer service, took the time to show me the problem with my vehicle, honest pricing, will be a returning customer.
