2nd update. Technician has been out twice. Said fixed. Nice guy. Leaves and same error for now 3rd time. Now two weeks without washer. Biggest frustration is this AI company. Called 3 times between yesterday and today to try to resolve this. No call back. No tech. Lost in the void. Extremely frustrating to have to come here and review to try to get someone resolve the issue. Hoping we can figure this out, but be wary of complete lack of customer service if first call out doesn’t work.
Baz was excellent, attentive, knowledgeable, and very professional. He knows his stuff and is patient when working with warranty companies.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Showed up on time for the appointment and very reasonably priced. They returned with the part to repair the dishwasher and found a leak which would cause the motor to fail again in a short time. Rather than replace the motor and take the money I was told they were declining to replace the motor since the repair would not last. Recommended I replace the dishwasher.
