Erick was excellent. Very professional and took care of all the issues.
I’ve never left a bad review before, but this experience was especially bad. After canceling my service to go with a competitor who is cheaper and provides the exact same service, ProtecNW removed access codes to equipment I paid thousands for. Now my alarm won’t stop, and they’re charging $175 to send a technician. Save your money and look elsewhere—this was the worst service I’ve encountered ever.
I can't speak highly enough about my purchase and installation experience with ProTec Security. A friend, who has been a satisfied ProTec customer for a while, referred me to the company when I inquired about their system. Keith -- the owner -- personally came to our home and discussed our needs/concerns and what we hoped for from a system. This business continues to bill people who cancelled in writing and have no customer service options in order to find a resolution and receive a refund. Terrible company!
