Make it impossible to cancel. Don’t call you back. Can’t cancel without talking to the sales rep who is mysteriously unavailable. Said it could take 30 days to cancel which seems like a scammy way to get an extra month of pay

Update: thinking about going with this company in the year 2025? Look at their reviews carefully across all platforms. You’ve been warned! I’ve never left a bad review before, but this experience was especially bad. After canceling my service to go with a competitor who is cheaper and provides the exact same service, ProtecNW removed access codes to equipment I paid thousands for.
