Absolutely terrible. If I could leave zero stars I would. Three different contractors we brought in to give an estimate to FINISH the mitigation said it was the worst job they've ever seen. Our washing machine flooded our house when we were out of town and insurance selected ProTec. When they left they told us everything was dry. It was not. The tile in the entry had to be removed to dry the subflooring. The HVAC conduit was FULL of water and drooping after they said it was just fine. Insulation under the house was sagging a... read more
