as of june 2018 at&t was going to pay my final bill with sprint its january2019 and no results id be careful with dealing with them they talk a good game but they do not do anything

Very frustrated with both my local AT&T store and corporate at this time. Over two weeks ago, I was in my local store getting a new phone and was asked if I would like to save money on my DirectTV, sure who wouldn't. The store associate arranged for a new U-verse package and told me nothing about my current service would change until install date. Absolute worst cell phone company ever. After 2 years of nonstop problems, from erratic service to hour long issues with setup, they even managed to mess up our final bill and gave us tons of misinformation after our contract ended. They even staged it so our final month contract could only end 2 after a new billing cycle started. Just have to say thanks to Tim and David for troubleshooting my alarm and insuring the repair was accomplished within hours of discovery. Great to know that Duncan Security has such great employees. And thanks to Tracey for her follow through to get all of this accomplished.
