My landlord hired this company to replace the shared hot water tank in our two-unit home. We live in the upper unit, while the hot water tank is located in the lower unit. Just before 9:00 a.m., someone from the company knocked on my door and rang the doorbell while I was changing in my bedroom. The team at ProTec are professional and highly experienced. Friendly and knowledgeable, willing to go above and beyond for their customers. When we had trouble with our A/C they responded quickly. Their customer service is excellent.

Currently protec doesn’t think being without heat in -35 degree temperatures is an emergency so we are without a furnace since it froze up after buying our new place not even 6 months ago meaning the unit itself isn’t even a year old. We phoned in and told them the situation and the guy on the phone said they could send someone out on Monday (two days from now) to come fix it. We’re in the dead of winter with no heat and their solution was to buy a heater for the time being. Very disappointed in customer service in this situ... read more
