Very impressed! Good value for my money. Friendly, polite and answered my questions, offering extra information so the bugs don’t return. He cleaned up before he left (actually, it was cleaner than before).
The young man (Garrett I think) who came to refill the mouse bait boxes for us was very helpful and polite. It was a pleasure to do business with you! Now 2025, and Scott came to deal with wasps. Friendly professional service, and even a call later to make sure all was clear! Thanks!

Never use these guys unless you want overcharges. This is the 3rd time I used Protec and certainly the last. We have a property in Rocky Mountain House and I do understand travel charges. We spoke with Kent and had requested his service, he explained to us that he will be happy to travel to Rocky and there is a charge for travel, he also explained to us that if we wait till he has multiple clients we would save substantial amount on travel, so we agreed to wait. Kent was wonderful over the phone. He was kind enough to return my call and talk to me about the ant problem. He thought I should try a couple of options first at home before hiring his services. He was very kind and pleasant to talk to. For sure would call him again if my ant issue persists.
