Exceptional and helpful
I recently took my car in after self diagnosing that I had a rear axle leaking and didn't have to time to fix it so after a recommendation I booked it in at Protec telling them the issue and asking them to fix it. It's only a 2.5 hour job with $200 in cost of parts if I were to do it so I thought I'd just book it in I got charged $1310 for the job They charged more than double the price of parts and oil that I can get for retail price and they get it for trade price which is even cheaper. A fantastic relief that we found Ben at Protec! We were on a road trip with check engine light coming on. Ben squeezed us in, diagnosed and fixed it within an hour or so. Brilliant service and a great price. Wish Protec was in my town!
