A fantastic relief that we found Ben at Protec! We were on a road trip with check engine light coming on. Ben squeezed us in, diagnosed and fixed it within an hour or so. Brilliant service and a great price. Wish Protec was in my town!

Overcharged me $17.06. Quoted $460 front and rear bushings. The receptionist said they only did the front and I have to come back. Charged $400 & I paid in cash. Told the part won't be in for weeks. But the mechanic walked in and said next week. When I came back the same receptionist charged me $225. Said she didnt remember me then called the mechanic and told me I only had to pay for the part.
