Very happy with our heat pumps. Lauren helped us with installing the wifi adapter so we can control the units from work and attach it to our smart things app. Very impressed with his dedication to his business and his ongoing support with these units. They also preformed very well during the winter months. Excited to have them for the upcoming summer months.
Lawrance was amazing to work with. It is refreshing to work with someone who is honest and has integrity. He does not sell you items that you do not need just the correct product to get the job done correct the first time. The work he did was top notch. If you are looking for an Honest and good person to take care of your heat pump needs you have found them. I would highly recommend.
Very prompt, professional and knowledgeable, what I liked most was the willingness to customize his process and equipment to fit my request. Didn't try to just hustle a cookie cutter system.
