Unfortunately, we haven't heard back from Jia in four weeks for a contract we paid up front for. Weeks of emails have gone unanswered, so mostly we hope she's ok, as we had worked with her before this with no problems, but unfortunately, as a tiny business hit hard by the pandemic, an MIA lawyer that already took our money puts us in a really awful place. If anyone has found a way to get a hold of her, we'd appreciate any tips, as we would prefer to work this out.
